World Boxing Council president Mauricio Sulaiman has ranked undefeated pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr. (49-0, 26KOs) as among the top five best of all-time in the intermediate divisions of boxing.

Last Saturday night, Mayweather officially retired after a lop-sided twelve round unanimous decision over former two-time champion Andre Berto who had lost three of his previous six fights.

One of the greatest talents Boxing will ever see. The people who hate now will appreciate 10 years from this day. People who are fans now dont have a clue. Ali was hated more than Mayweather during his career. It wasnt till after Ali was retired that he gained all the praise that he did and was actually appreciated. Mayweather is a top 10 ATG imo. All of his fights were boring because opponents couldnt trouble him enough to cause him to dig deep. He made it look too easy.

I would have liked to see him lose the way I wanted to see RJJ lose. I cant hate. I lost 250 dollars on Mayweather in my betting career and I called it quits. The records he broke and the fact that he defeated more world champions than any other boxer in history is going to be telling, revered, and praised through time. Mayweather will not get punished for living through a weak era in Boxing. He was clearly the best and most talented fighter in his generation. I hope he stars retired for good.

                With all that said........

I'm ready for the new stars of Boxing. I'm glad the old farts are retiring. I'm ready for a NEW generation of Boxing. It's an exciting time to be a fan.

Oh no you are definitely not comparing Roid Mayweather "IV scandal" and cheery picker with Ali "The Greatest". No no no no.

Give Credit Where Credit Is Due....

I rank Mayweather 3rd on my All-Time List. He defeated more World Champions than any other boxer, He defeated 6x Hall of Famers (Cotto, Dela Hoya, Marquez, Pacman, Gatti, Mosley), and he defeated 3x Undefeated Boxers (Canelo, Hatton, Corrales). How is this Cherry Picking?

People forget Marquez was #3 P4P at the time....Mosley was #2 P4P....Canelo was consider a risk....Hatton was undefeated.

And don't give me they weren't in thier prime BS: Pacman fought Mosely and Hatton after they fought Mayweather and everyone gave him credit. Marquez KOed Pacman after the Mayweather fight. Cotto was the Jr MW Champion. Dela Hoya was his first fight at 154.
