Former WBO middleweight champion Peter Quillin (32-0-1, 23KOs) is getting mentally prepared for his Brooklyn battle with WBA 'regular' champion Danny Jacobs (30-1, 27KOs) on December 5th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Showtime will televise.

Prior to that bout, there are two other significant middleweight title fights. On October 17th at New York's Madison Square Garden, Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin will stake his IBO/WBA super world titles against IBF champion David Lemieux in a unification bout. And then on November 21, Miguel Cotto will defend his WBC middleweight title against Saul "Canelo" Alvarez at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
