    I dont think there is a clear number 1 after Floyd retires but I can see Wlad taking it over depending on Fury. Ward too depending on who he fights.

      And that's fair, because Toney had a greater overall career than Vitali.

      Ranking Toney at HW is because he's been (maybe still is) fighting in that division, but his overall career in all the different weight divisions is taken into consideration by the computer for his higher ranking overall than Vitali.
