Floyd is one of the greatest fighters to ever put on a pair a gloves and will never get the credit he deserves, yes deserves.
Lol i remeber that. It shocked every one of em too how fast that fight was announced. One second it was "Floyd scared of Canelo, too young and strong" FloydCanelo announced Sept '13! "Er..ah...uh..Canelos too young too green" a great day in boxing.

Marciano would have never been caught cheating on PED's. Roid Pedcheater Jr's legacy is simple. 45-4 without ever having faced the best in their primes is his best. At worst he is 0-0 with 45 No Contests based on PED usage. TBE? My **** wants to laugh.

          The Legacy

Time will show jr didn't fight everyone at the proper time. Yes he faced most but it's when he faced them that counts. He refused to take them on when they were prime, yes he waited til the beat the hell out of each other then fought a worn fighter and claimed TBE !

That's the joke of the century!

Holyfield is a much greater fighter than jr it's laughable

Of course Floyd has an personality that easy not to like but the old heads really don't like to give him his props.

A lot of them had to continue fighting longer than they should because they had to for financial reasons. And Floyd is leaving very well off and on top and I think that irks them.
naw I think its cuz for being a physically gifted and boxing genius who was clearly ahead of all his opponents, he never choose to get them out of the ring. Dude doesn't have the fighter spirit that the greats before him possessed. He's a coward.

All these people just seem to forget that during a certain period of time Floyd Mayweather Jr was a high risk low reward fighter...those where the days when he was a young buck throwing combinations, letting them hands go and putting hurt on ninjas. (130-140ish Floyd)

People act as if Mayweather was 100% defense minded and picking fights from the get go.

He stayed calling out fighters back in the day, ask Shane, he didn't want to fight him because his tooth hurt (smh), Floyd was calling De La Hoya out after beating Manfredy...i can go on and on but all these hating ass people just rather yap their mouth before doing some research. That goes for you too Holyfield.

What about cheating with steroids ? He's the Barry Bonds of Boxing like Bonds a 30 a year Home run hitter give him steroids he hits 70 plus. Give a skillful skinny 130 pound steroids and he becomes a 160 pound fighter at fight time with endurance do fight 20 rounds winning titles up to 154 take away the steroids at best he wins up to 140 and probably would have lost to Hatton without his roids

                      Cotto- Past prime
                      Corrales- smh
DLH- SD close fight. Ducked the rematch
Marquez- Robbed him on weight. JMM moved up 3 divisons
                      Canelo- untested Still
Hatton- @ 147 not 140 where Hatton said he can only perform at
                      Judah- A straight ***ing bum!
Berto- Fixed fight. Light years from top guy
Maidana- B class fighter. Nothing special. ( one of my favorite fighters)
                      Ortiz- LOL LMFAO
Mosley- Old and waaaay Past prime.

Holyfield knows Floyd never fought guys in the prime or when they were on top of their game. Or fighters who were willing to sell out just to put their good name on a resume for 7 figures.
