    Before hating on Danny Garcia...

Before hating on Danny Garcia for his problems against Herrera and Peterson, then remember that this is the guy who beat both Matthysse and Khan without controversy. To me, a lot of people are downplaying those facts like they mean nothing.

Don't waste your time. He has a top ten current resume but people call him a cherry picker while praising guys for beating -10000 opponents. Some peoples skulls are too thick

Well, I honestly don't respect most of his choices of opponents, but Khan and Matthysse are good wins and he should be respected more than he is.

Can you really say he beat Herrera and Peterson?

yah but his reputation has taken a big hit with the herrera and peterson robberies, fighting rod salka (really?!?!?!?!), and then fighting a shot paulie (but i enjoyed to see paulie get beat up). its getting to the point that nobody cares about his good wins anymore because it's overshadowed by complete ******y.

No, he gets credit for beating them. But he downright loss to guys who are worse than him.

You're judged in boxing based on what you've done more recently. He hasn't done well recently.

Yes they're close fights. I'd have to watch them again, I rarely watch fight replays. Every close fight he has will be called a robbery because he beat da machine. Even if those two fight got counted as a loss he'd still have one of the best resumes

I would certainly like him to fight a quality opponent soon.

wasn't the matthysse fight filled with controversy? did you see the reffing? andrew golota low blows nonstop and a knockdown that was clearly caused from a foul=no controversy hmmm i see. without that knockdown matthysse wins but there was no controversy as long as we say no controversy! hey at least garcia proved he was better in the rematch right?

he needs to. his reputation is dirt right now as far as i'm concerned. this is why haymon is bad for boxing. he doesn't know how to build fighters. he had something good going with danny but completely messed it up now. same situation with stevenson. stevenson was on top of the light heavyweight division with back to back good wins, but now his reputation is dirt too. also same with quillin, etc. i could keep going.
