I don't like it, but it's the truth, and you have to respect a fighter that took risks in his career.
Name some of the risks he took that impressed you the most. Situations where he was giving up some minor or major advantage. Situations where he really had a reasonable chance of losing from a tactical standpoint.

In the Castillo and Maidana fight (first) he was behind on some cards around the mid point of the fight. In the Castillo fight he had enough experience to know that was a possibility, and in the Maidana fight he certainly knew it. In the Castillo fight he was at a point deficit and Castillo was getting the better of exchanges and was getting the more effective power punches in. In the Maidana fight, he was losing ground and was unable to offset Marcos effective aggression for several rounds, anyone who scores fights and rates ring generalship and effective aggression highly was giving those rounds to Maidana.

To a lesser extent he had difficulties with Hatton in spurts, but was able to control the fight and end it earlier than I had expected.

Floyd also throughly outboxed a prime JMM (size disparity or not outboxing is outboxing) and he did so coming forward, and while he wasn't in danger of losing at any point, he showed tremendous courage and a will to win by coming forward and dismantling a very game JMM.

Do PEDs give you low testorsorone levels?

You just told me how Floyd made adjustments during fights. That was not my question. But ok.

The last part had me laughing a little. Do you seriously rate Floyd beating old stick legs Marquez?? That's a PRIME example of a tactical cherrypick by Team Mayweather. Marquez might has well have been in a wheelchair he was at such a massive footspeed and distance control disadvantage. That was embarrassing. And you called Marquez "prime?" Damn yo.

Well he made those adjustments because he was in trouble. lol.

How was JMM not prime when Mayweather fought him? JMM is still going! He wasn't young, but he was toward the end of his prime years, the man didn't start showing signs of age until ugh, I dunno, the Katsidis fight?

Castillo 1, and Maidana 1, were tougher fights for Floyd than, DLH, Cotto, and PAC!

,y informal poll indicates that Castillo did the best by far, followed by Maidana.
