iv's are used and viewed by drug testers as masking agents and system flushers. .
Knowing floyd did not tell usada and thwy walked in on him and the nsac was not told until 19 days later , vampire blood transfusions and the type of peolle associated with this type of behavior (lance armstrong,sammy sosa,barry bonds marion jones)

most definitely he cheated. what good reason did floyd have for needing a 750 ml iv therapy in his own home???? he admitted during berto weigh-in that he makes 147 easily. he was 150lbs 3 weeks before the pac fight. so if it's not rehydration then it's for masking purposes. simple.

I voted that Floyd cheated. I don't know if it's certain or not. But it's more like a generalization of fighters more than a judgement of Floyd.

There's no denying that Floyd cheated with the banned IVs. The real question is what PEDs was he trying to mask? If I were to guess, it would be a combination of EPO, Testosterone, and a stimulant of some sort like Adderall.
