Floyd tried to get rid of the 24/7-Team but they decided to hang around and film everything. What happened was that Floyd was given the opportunity to take epitestosterone cream to balance out his testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio, and then USADA waited for five hours before they took the test from Floyd. Waiting five hours guaranteed that the testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio had been lowered to a legal value.
Floyd and Al Haymon were of course very upset that the 24/7-Team caught Floyd cheating, so when Floyd moved to Showtime he decided to be the producer of All Access. That meant that Floyd had authority to stop All Access from filming as soon as USADA turned up.

So Floyd's abnormal results had to be hidden by USADA. USADA has clearly been an active protector of Floyd's doping.
