I can't see him losing to any of the WWs SRR faced.

Depends if he cheats and cherry picks through the resume, rather than fight them at their best on an even playing field. If he was in their era, he's be a different fighter and if they were in this era they'd be different fighters, with all the variable differences of now and then.

            The answer is pretty simple.
If Floyd gets to a) Do PEDs at will b)Chose the ring c)Chose the opponents gloves d) Put his own third man on the ring to protect him e) Chose the right oppponent at the right time, then yes.
If Floyd actually has to fight on equal grounds... you know the answer. The only thing special about Floyd is his power... OUTSIDE THE RING.

Do you see him fighting 10x a year? Are you comparing a Mayweather fighting his opponents twice a year after watching film - or someone fighting every 6 weeks and no film. And if you're hurt - "suck it up buttercup".

How do you think SRR or his opponents would have done in today's world, playing by today's rules.

Can Floyd fight 8 times a month or 4 times a month that's what you need to ask yourself?
Could SRR work his way through Floyd pathetic resume with a mere two fights a year...
                ABSOLUTELY!
Easy work for Robinson but Floyd would get nailed several times if he followed the same path SRR did because he is too light handed those guys of the past would have chewed Floyd up and spat him out.
Jake would KO Floyd I have no doubt about it.

Floyd does if he gets to have his new special appointed ref Kenny Bayless handle all the fights

Brittle Floyd is too brittle too fight that often. Hook too slappy for hands to last.
