Anthony Joshua stopped Gary Cornish in 90 seconds to win the Commonwealth heavyweight title to the delight of The O2.

With Dillian Whyte having won in three rounds earlier in the evening over Brian Minto, Joshua turned in an even more emphatic performance to rubber-stamp their British title collision on December 12.

Cornish arrived from Scotland with an unbeaten record and height and weight advantages over the Olympic champion but could find no answer to Joshua's famous power and found himself knocked down twice before Victor Loughlin called a halt.

Joshua should dispatch this OVER-HYPED Dillian Whyte pretty comfortably, Eddie 'Snake' Hearn doing his best to con the British public (not hard lol...) to part with their hard earned cash over a fake over matched rivalry.

He has all the facets to become a world champion, strong effective jab, heavy knockout power, lean athletic physique, confidence and not arrogance, professional attitude to his career.

But its evident, his chin is untested, his stamina is untested and caliber of opponent has been very basic so far.

after Whyte, I think he should go for Chisora next, then Thompson, Charr or Jennings, then Stiverne, povetkin or Pulev. This then I think leaves him for a title shot at Wilder/ Fury and then WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO!
