If Mayweather was subjected to RANDOM BLOOD (not piss tests) testing during this and other whole training camps 5-8 weeks, why would any peds, steriods or any other illegal substances not be traced?

How many times can Floyd IV drip and be safe and also not show up on these tests over a few years, this I don't know, but I'm assuming you know the facts on this cause your probably a doctor or medicine professional.

Also did at least one governing body agree to this IV and is the NSAC just butthurt Floyd didn't follow protocol to the letter and if it's a serious offence have the sanctioning bodies taken action to strip him off his ranking, titles and reverse the Pacquiao decision to a no contest.... nope

All break it down for you dummy. Solutions break down the concentration of the primary substance while raising the density of the substance being injected. This is why Floyd tested so high with the Saline and vitamins and had the testosterone level of a middle aged woman. People cheat all the time. This is only news if you're an 8 year old groupie.
