even when matched with the most mediocre opponent ever, he doesn't bother to finish strong. when pac was matched with algieri, he kd'ed him 6 times!!!! when pac was mactched up with rios he busted up rios face!

If Pacquaio was bored by the Berto fight, he should have no problem refunding fans money for that snoozefest that he put on against Mayweather.

He had a chance on May 2nd to shut Mayweather up for good and wipe the floor with him, but he wasn't skilled or good enough to do anything about it.

You can't blame Pacquaio for that. After all, Mayweather didn't stand still and allow Pacquaio to hit him; Pacquaio had a severely torn rotator cuff that only allowed him to throw his right hand 200 times in the fight; and Mayweather cheated by rehydrating with vitamins the day before the fight.
