There's throwing punches and there's extending your arm to touch your opponent to score points. Floyd resorted to the latter.

I dunno dude, he threw a couple shots which were being rolled and not landing cleanly I mean this is the so called best fighter in the planet yet he can't even soundly beat a one armed Pacquiao EVEN when Floyd is juicing and breaking every major drug governing bodies rules?

Takes two to tango. While Pacquiao did disappoint, Mayweather didn't exactly put on a great show himself. Both threw career lows in punches thrown.

It's so funny how after the Fluid's fight with Oscar and then his fight with Pac and after both fights, commentators the following weekend talk about what a disappointment the fights turned out and didn't live up to the hype. Yet they both share a common denominator. Let's not even get into the TONS of other let down hyped Fluid fights. since moving to 147 floyd mayweather has pretty much fought what the world would call boring fights, pot shots, moving, sometimes standing in the pocket even walking opponents down, not much catch n shoot or combinations like his younger days, but countering and single shots, he wins decisions with footwork, pot shots, and defense.... at this point in the game there was no way floyd was going to fight a different fight, even though i myself would love to see him open up more and throw those hooks off the jab more but hes older and its pretty much over for him...

so heres my point....pac man is one of the greatest offensive fighters in boxing... so its pretty much his job to cut off the ring and force floyd to figh right? he allowed basic footwork to beat him smh.... like really watch that fight and you will see floyd win the whole fight with foot placement and getting to the outside/spinning back to the middle of the ring where pac had no chance... with ease... it was pac mans job to show us that offense hes known for... and sadly.... he didnt... so im gonna end this post... peace

dont get me wrong tho brothers... pac man nullified some of floyds strengths, he made floyd think and got his respect from floyd.... I may do a thread on this one day.... alot of floyd fans act like it was some easy victory... floyd respected pacs game!!! never ever let this leave your mental floyd fans!!! pac man can fckin fight!!! but he cant cut off a ring to save his life smh that lost him this fight... foot work... i enjoyed this chess match 2 ATGs... i dont care what any of you say both of these MFkers are great!!!
