The only person USADA probably caught was Erik Morales and that was after he kept popping positive for clenbuterol. The thing with Morales is that he kept on having positive tests throughout camp and USADA didn't do shit.

The only other pro boxer was some guy named Paul Koon and he really didn't test positive. The testers just couldn't find him.

The only way to fix this is to have a 24-7-365 drug testing. Look at what happened when UFC had USADA do their drug testing. People were coming up positive like crazy.
