Floyd Jr (along with Kobe) have to be two of the most hated super star athletes in the history of sports. You dudes write your little hateful...Sarcastic posts and make scathing statements as if you know him personally. It's rather comical b/c no matter how much anyone dislikes or hates on Mayweather...It won't discredit the fact that he'll be a first ballot hof'er widely regarded as Top Ten...Top Fifteen All Time to ever step in a ring and considering all the former greats this sport has produced...That's damn good company. Why would Mayweather need to use PED's?? What evidence is there that he's EVER used them?? He's had random drug testing (via blood extraction) as a stipulation for his past what...7-8 fights. If he's using PED's...Why was he never exposed?? A saline IV containing multi-VITAMINS is not going to mask a BLOOD sample. Other well known athletes from other sports who've used PED's potentially showed signs of such usage...Whether they bulked up physically, vastly improved their strength, endurance or conditioning. Bonds, McGuire & Sosa shattering HR records on the other side of their physical primes could be a case for speculation. Lance Armstrong having survived testicular cancer in the late 90's then going on to win seven Tour de France titles between '98-'05 when he'd never won the title prior to being diagnosed w/ cancer. Hell, Manny fighting in eight different weight classes and obliterating opponents physically bigger than him but not having had a KO win since 2010 which considering the fact he REFUSED to undergo random drug testing during the initial negotiations w/ Mayweather b/c he was "scared of needles" or felt they would somehow "drain him" physically is SUSPECT. Everybody likes to throw Floyd under the bus but where's the proof or su****ious behavior that would support him not being a clean athlete. From all accounts, his success in boxing can be attributed to genetics, hard work, and discipline. What can any steroid use be attributed to?? His KO rate hasn't increased...His punch output hasn't increased...He's not significantly bigger, more muscular, or stronger (Dude walks around at 150-155 year round). If he had been using PED's prior to the May 2nd bout (or before) then why have NONE of his samples come back positive during random testing?? Dehydration doesn't have to be the result of solely drastic weight loss or overtraining. He could've easily become ill leading up the fight or had a fever. There a number of reasons, but to use a saline IV to "mask" steroid usage (in urine) doesn't quite add up b/c why would the drugs NOT have been detected in his system PRIOR to the fight(s) during the random BLOOD drawings. The foolish will continue to use such immature wordplay as "Fluid Mayweather" or Floyd Roidweather but the reality is there is no sound basis for any such accusations.
