I think TC has the skills to be #1 but he doesnt have the 140 resume yet to back my statement. Lets hope he fights the Matthysse vs Postol winner, then defends the titles a couple times before moving up.

Hard to rank him as of yet. I think he a skilled fighter though.
I don't think he would be out of place in the ring with the top guys in the division.

Garcia, Peterson, Provodnikov, Algieri, and Vargas have all moved up from 140, with Matthysse likely to follow up in the near future (Barthelemy dabbled at the weight, but he's apparently heading to 135 for a world title).

Of all of the fighters left at 140, on sheer talent, Terrence Crawford is arguably on top.
