Who can Lomachenko fight on November 7?

So pretty soon there will be announcement on who Lomachenko will fight on November 7 as the co-feature of the Bradley-Rios fight. More than likely, when the opponent is announced, posters here are going to complain that he is fighting a bum. But on Dan Rafael's espn chat today, he mentioned that top rank has been trying to get Lomachenko a good opponent but everyone keeps turning him down....and besides that, the other titleholders at 126 are with Haymon. Unfortunately, it also looks like Rigo doesn't want the fight either.

So my question is, who can Loma fight that will be an acceptable guy and not a waste of an hbo co-feature? Be creative if you want, but it will have to be someone at 126 and not with Haymon.

I thought they were settled on Vetyeka? Maybe the South African priced himself out?

When Lomo signed with TR, they had all the belts, now all of 126 is PBC territory. Otherwise Selby, Cuellar, Velez, Sonsona, Hunter would've been good fights. Non-PBC: Magdaleno, Valdez, A.Lopez aren't ready for Lomo. He's coming off a loss, but Maybe Wilfredo Vazquez Jr?

I know a local trainer with an undefeated FW signed to Dunkin, and they don't even want to let him spar with Lomo.

Its like the GGG effect. No one wants their first loss, so they avoid these guys

Jessie Magdaleno? TR guy and #1 contender for the WBO. He isn't ready for Lomachenko type of opposition though, dude has been fighting 8 rounders since 2012.
