He cannot have it done at his house and [USADA] cant authorize it.... I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic-use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada , Bennett said. USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered.
If they think they can do what they want, where and whenever they want in the state of Nevada, they are grossly mistaken.Comment

That it is obvious they couldn't explain why he was allowed 750 of IV. Their defense is the liquid in the IV is not a banned substance lol
It's a masking agent, but of course he conveniently veere away from what is wrong about it all. Plus the almost 3 weeks after notice or being informed late isn't even an issue. Plus adminstering Ivs 750ml in the comforts of floyd's home wasnt explained.
i guess, It's fine for them, they got paid big bucks they won't complain about that even if they also didn't even allow taradol as a pain reliever for Pac even if it's not also a banned substance. How convenient to exempt Floyd with a TUE 3 weeks after the fight, while Pac who ask permission before the fight wasn't even granted. RED FLAG!
It smells bad. Push the right buttons Nsac will crack. They need more than that statement to explain what has transpired. Smells like rotten fish. At this point there are more questions to be answered by Nsac.

In the eyes of public opinion. Floyd is guilty beyond reasonable doubt. That's what matters.

Like OJ Simpson who wasn't found guilty. It doesn't mean he didn't murder his wife. The amount of evidence that is glaringly obvious points out he really did. OJ was able to slither his way out of the system from not being convicted, but what he can't get way out of is what people have branded him a murderer. And that my friend is even worse than any defeat in an athlete's career.
A stigma of a cheat will be on top of Floyd's head till the days he walks the earth. It's over. He will always be branded as a certified fraud. All you need is a critical mind to know what's up.
