Sort of like when Pacquiao said he had a shoulder injury and Mayweather fans were and still are talking about it all the way from the start of the fight to now.

Ain't no way NSAC will punish Mayweather.Along with that discredited USADA,they are in cahoots to protect Floyd. It's a joke and a disgrace.
Dunno if a rematch is needed though.Berto giving Mayweather a severe beatdown would suffice, even if he lost.
Something along the lines of The Thrilla in Manilla when Ali fought Frazier cuz he thought he was shot and he took Ali to hell and back.I'm OK with that result.

Floyd using IV is old news, its strange how the full details has taken this long to surface.

If he has broken then rules the fight should be declared a no contest, simple as.

How anyone is defending him is beyond me.

If we are being 100% fair I think IV should suffer a punishment from NSAC. IV fought on fight night using a method that wasnt approved.

IT doesnt matter what it is, its cheating. Cheating no matter how small or how big is cheating.

But IV usage is not prohibited by the NSAC. USADA are the ones that banned it, and for whatever reason they decided to issue a retroactive TUE to Floyd.

When Floyd was fighting on HBO, the 24/7-Team were once filming when USADA turned up to get a urine test from Floyd. Floyd tried to get rid of the 24/7-Team but they decided to hang around and film everything. What happened was that Floyd was given the opportunity to take epitestosterone cream to balance out his testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio, and then USADA waited for five hours before they took the test from Floyd. Waiting five hours guaranteed that the testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio had been lowered to a legal value.

Floyd and Al Haymon were of course very upset that the 24/7-Team caught Floyd cheating, so when Floyd moved to Showtime he decided to be the producer of All Access. That meant that Floyd had authority to stop All Access from filming as soon as USADA turned up.

However, just like Thomas Hauser wrote in his article, the masking technique of using epitestosterone cream often produces abnormally low T-E ratio since it is difficult to balance the outcome. So Floyd's results had to be hidden by USADA. However, Nevada State Athletic Commission also did two tests on Floyd and these two lab reports were reported this year, and both had abnormal results, showing clear traces of manipulation of the testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio.

Just like Lance Armstrong, Floyd has also used illegal EPO to increase his stamina in fights. Cheating athletes use illegal EPO to boost red blood cell counts, a change that temporarily supercharges endurance by increasing muscles' oxygen-carrying capacity. The most powerful masking agent to hide this doping is with the IV just before the test. Armstrong did this many times, and a former Armstrong teammate once explained that a team doctor smuggled a bag of saline directly past an International Cycling Union tester, inside his raincoat, and delivered it to Armstrong just in time to cheat an EPO test. Floyd and Lance used exactly the same masking techniques to hide their EPO doping.

NSAC should definitely punish Floyd for the use of the IV, just like Lance Armstrong would have been punished if he had been caught taking the IV. They should also demand all of Floyd's tests through the years to be retested with CIR.

                    .

Lance Armstrong could have been tested anytime not just for about 6 weeks of training camp. Lance did what Floyd did. Lance pushed back and said they were all haters but the truth was that he took a similar solution as Floyd did before the fight to MASK his PEDs!!!

                      As for your comment:
SPIEGEL: Can drugs make anyone into a world record holder?

Heredia: No, that is a misapprehension: “You take a couple of tablets today and tomorrow you can really fly.” In reality you have to train inconceivably hard, be very talented and have a perfect team of trainers and support staff. And then it is the best drugs that make the difference. It is all a great composition, a symphony. Everything is linked together, do you understand? And drugs have a long-term effect: they ensure that you can recover, that you avoid the catabolic phases.
