The reason is because every time Floyd is called out he flips it back on Pacquiao, and Floyd's hoes in the media and in the public follw suit and start saying about Pac instead of Floyd.

The reason for this is because Floyd actually did run from the destroyer version of Pac, and Floyd realises that Pacquiao is a better man than him in every conceivable way. As a fighter and as a man, and he probably knows that Pac will go down as a legend and he himself will go down like a bltch.
