Ok, really, because not everyone is getting caught. Actually, Manny was able to get money out of Floyd because there wasn't any evidence, it was slander.

A few others have been busted, but hardly everyone. And if they are all doing it, then Floyd actually isn't the best at it.

Funny thing is, Floyd was done in by a system he built. One that gave him control.

That is hardly doing it better. Even if your right about the level of doping, it's silly to claim Floyd is best at doing it. Not when he is quite literally being questioned because he wasn't that good at doing it after all.
