That's the thing they're not. This fight is a hole in Showtimes pocket.

Showtime going to be upset about the ppv. It was doomed for failure before the IV scandal and now...haha, it's a nail in the coffin. The boos will be magnified tomorrow at the weigh in.

Have to figure the side money, though. shorts sponsorships for a Floyd undercard fight are likely worth significantly more to the fighters than short sponsorships for a PBC show not on primetime NBC/ESPN (CBS/NBC afternoon shows likely pay good too); note that Jack-Groves and Martinez-Salido II (possibly Smith-Martirosyan) are the only fights that would've made TV for a PBC show, with Groves-Jack the only bout likely put into a big spot.

Beyond that, there's a lot of international money to work out; BoxNation cut a nice check for the UK rights, and Televisa likely cut a nice check for the Mexico rights. have no doubt that some of the fighters will get pieces of that.

Lol, pretty sure the previous fight made up for it.

If Mayweather gets 32 million then whoever he beats up should get 4 million. Mayweather is still getting 8 times as much money as Berto.
