Maidana had a very good career. He's been in a lot of wars. I respect his decision to take time off. He'll be back though. God gave that dude the gift of fighting... and the power of the punch... and courage to keep fighting when things get dark.

I agree, and I was super stoked that he finally made big bank with the Froid fights because I felt he really deserved the money, but part of me wants him back in the ring again. It's selfish, but I love watching him break these dudes' wills.

If he's truly not coming back then I wish him and his family the best.

In build up to the fight, I thought Maidana would win due to the punch he landed. I knew that he would crack Mayweather clean but I didn't expect Mayweather to eat the punch up.
