You are forgetting that the money Manny got paid was American also. If Manny wanted to have non American Judges, and a non American commission and a Non American testing agency, he could've stayed in the Phillipines or went somewhere else.

These are the sacrifices one makes for money, no different than US soccer players that go overseas for the big money.

Again, these are the best judges and a highly respected ref. they get the assignments. this is no different than referees in soccer, hoops and football that get more major assignments than their peers.
