The NSAC requested that the attorney general investigate why Manny incorrectly filled out the prefight form.

Floyd incorrectly filled that prefight form and never informed NSAC about his supposed severe dehydration.

NSAC also said "we can no longer call what USADA did just an anomaly"


There is a lot more than incorrectly checking a checkbox for Floyd. So an investigation could have been made.


The issue here is that NSAC and USADA have no will to proceed with an investigation against the Nevada resident named Floyd Mayweather, who brought in truck loads of money to them and their state.

Floyd was caught making USADA wait for 6 hours ( and they called it random drug test) just to get a urine test on HBO 24/7 from then on Floyd never had any videos of him being randomly drug tested by USADA ever again.

I believe he could have...just from looking at some of the pictures of the shape he was in at an advanced age. As of now there's no proof. I also believe pac used peds. My friend, this has only been going on for a few months. The deflection was started since Day #1 by Floyd fans to try to defuse Floyd's IV scandal.


Floyd and company had accused Manny of taking PEDs for 6+ years. Recently they accused Manny that he faked that injury.

So can you please show me all of those threads that you posted in that you made fun of Floyd fans since they had no proof? There are thousands of posts on this thread/issue already. The new guy might bring something we all missed. 49 - 0 is what Floyd said. I don't agree with that record, but I accept that this is what history will record.

But I recognize that my mental asterisk over the 1st Castillo fight only matters to extremely hard core boxing fans, But, my opinion won't change history.

What I meant is that even before the IV scandal came up, Floyd's record was question from different angles. The IV scandal will not help Floyd. It will just put more questions on it.

The reason that there is no investigation is the problem because an investigation can very easily happen.

Manny vs Marquez was a classic fight. While I did not like the ending it was an amazing fight! Though, I hate to say it because I like Marquez too but with Memo on his side, Marquez was certainly on them designer PEDs!
