Mayweather requested and was granted a tue by the usada, complying with the international standards of the wada, now someone having su****ion as to the exact circumstances leading to Mayweather needing the tue is acceptable, but all those involved directly seem to be content with what was presented them, and that by YOU is explianed away with the theory that everyone is in Mayweather's pocket(nsac,usada,wada,nasa, ect.), same as your excuse for Pacquiao's loss to Mayweather and that bs is NOT acceptable.

I will say this, there's exactly as much actual evidence that Pac cheated as there is that Mayweather did, but 5-6 posters on this thread spend all day trying to convince anyone who listens(or maybe just yourselves) that it's an open and shut case and Mayweather's career is tainted, who coincidently are the same 5-6 posters who kept crying about slomo videos, but at the very least you all have something new to cling your hopes to.

You tried AGAIN, to cover up and explain but in your post you said YOU were "su****ious" twice for Manny and NOT su****ious of Floyd. Why?

Go back and read all the points that I and others made. How many are you agreeing to and how many are you disagreeing to? If you agree just one time, that would make it su****ious. BUT I'm sure that someone who is objective and has his "all eyes open" would agree that this warrants an investigation.


USADA:
The reason that they do not want this investigated is because we may find out that they did several mistakes in this instance and other times as well, if it goes that far. Unlike what you are trying to portray here, even the NSAC said that it was UNACCEPTABLE what happened. So if one were smart, an investigation should quickly follow.
Also, USADA is getting loads of money from Floyd's representatives. Even USADA called it a "conflict of interest" when Lance Armstrong did it with the UIC and tried to donate to USADA.

Intenationally or not, how hard will USADA go in trying to catch someone like Floyd who has heavy ties with Floyd's representatives who is paying off USADA? Well, I will tell you how hard. USADA was willing to listen and agree with Floyd to go to Manny to sign a contract whereby if Floyd tested positive, a retroactive TUE would be given and Manny nor NSAC would have to know about it. Even some honest objective Floyd fans must be saying "OK, I can't defend Floyd anymore".

Imagine, this is the same USADA who responded to Hauser without even mentioning the word "dehydration" let alone the word "severe dehydration".


NSAC:
With Manny, they were quick to investigate that mistake that was made on that prefight form. They said that if a fighter thinks they can go without reporting any medical conditions and NSAC would let it go, it would set a precedence. No problem. BUT how can they say "UNACCEPTABLE" then in the next sentence say "Floyd is a good representative of the sport. No investigation required"??? Is that not setting a precedence?

Reason for all that is that Floyd and company made the state of NEVADA truck loads of money. Also, Floyd, like Lance Armstrong was the face of Nevada and boxing. It would be a big blow. Lastly, it would open a can of worms like it did when Lance Armstrong was brought down.

Meaning, it would be a big blow to boxing and consequently NEVADA. $$$$$

Finally, the NSAC would be in a dilemma of their own. For one, they have a doctor who examined Floyd and an examination of Floyd that is inconsistent with the BS that was brought up by Floyd. Who knows, Floyd may have even told the doctor that he felt really good just like he did without directly being asked in interviews at the weigh in. The doctor is a witness.

The point is, NSAC is stuck in a bind.
They agree with Floyd, they are admitting that their own physician failed in examining Floyd's serious condition and making the NSAC look bad. They certified Floyd was fit to fight. Also could have prevented an emergency from happening. They would have said that the NSAC is incompetent. "Why did you certify Floyd to fight if he was in such bad shape? How did you miss that?"
If they agree with their own NSAC doctor's then it would be just as big if not bigger issue because people will be saying " If you didn't agree that Floyd was severely dehydrated then why no investigation?"



As for your compliance statement, how compliant was Floyd when he didn't complete the pre-fight form (incorrectly left out information at 3 different places of the form) nor did Floyd let NSAC know about Floyd's serious medical condition?


It's funny that we are able to respond to you with reasonable explanations AGAIN and AGAIN but you Floyd fans cannot do the same. I asked you and others to agree or disagree on several points. You can't do that. I know why. The reason is that you know that it looks fishy and su****ious and you know that it warrants a much better explanation than what was given by FLoyd/Ellerbe because that was all BS.

USADA allowing Floyd to use IV does not make him dehydrated is it not?
