If possible can anyone reveal how I voted publicly on this IV scandal?

Floyd wanted it as easy and as secretive as possible. Floyd, being the A side, had requested that if Floyd had a TUE then he wouldn't even have to tell NSAC nor Manny. If it were not for Manny's team being insistent on this matter, NSAC, Manny, nor anyone else would have known about this TUE and IV scandal.

This brings up several HUGE red flags.
1) Floyd wanted it all secretive and hidden. Why?

2) Knowing about this now, one sees that Floyd had planned this all along way before May 1st.

3) Manny's team insisted on knowing. How many other opponents did not insist and were just content in getting a fight with Floyd? That is, how many other times has Floyd used an IV and we never heard about it due to the A side's demands on keeping everything hidden and secret?

4) USADA was playing along with this sham called FST (Floyd's Style Testing).





"Meanwhile, the Nevada State Athletic Commission is unhappy with USADA.

After “Can Boxing Trust USADA?” was posted, NSAC chairman Francisco Aguilar told the Las Vegas Review Journal, "USADA does not have the jurisdiction to approve and administer a TUE. USADA is supposed to be a drug-testing agency and not a TUE administrating organization. However, my experiences to date with them have been less than acceptable and less than professional. He [Mayweather] cannot have it done at his house and USADA can’t authorize it. I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [the NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada. USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered. If they think they can do what they want, where and whenever they want in the State of Nevada, they are grossly mistaken.”

Also, let’s keep in mind that the original draft of the USADA-Mayweather-Pacquiao drug-testing contract would have allowed USADA to grant a retroactive the****utic use exemption to either fighter without notifying the Nevada State Athletic Commission or the opposing fighter’s camp. Indeed, even USADA’s “Detailed Correction” concedes, “USADA agreed to the request from Mr. Pacquiao’s representatives that USADA provide mutual notification to both fighters upon the approval of a TUE.”

In other words, if Pacquiao’s representatives hadn’t insisted upon notification, Mayweather’s retroactive the****utic use exemption would most likely have remained a secret between Mayweather and USADA."

That a long post saying basically what's already been said, but my point remains the same; Mayweather did what he had to do to comply with wada standards by requesting a tue, if it would have been just nsac he would have had to make no request cause they have no rules against iv use.

Now I'm still curious as to why guys like you, so interested in the truth continues to ignore the fact wada can review the tue granted to Mayweather and determine whether it was granted according to their standards, or if there is foul play.

Why hasn't Hauser, Arum, or anyone else made a request for this review? Hell why don't the pact@rds storming this thread start a petition? You would have the smoking gun right there, but it seems you have very little interest in facts, just speculation.
