Its evidence of PED use. The T/E ratio well below 1 twice is also evidence of PED use. Stop trying to be an internet lawyer.

Proof is the sum of the evidence. Seldom does one piece of evidence of guilt constitute proof.

It's also evidence of dehydration, just like Dez Bryant and other athletes. That was allegedly years ago, not now. So chill out F Lee GTTofAK.

the shoulder???? becaue it would have cancelled the fight u dunce. manny didn't want that after all of the wait. he thought about how much the fans wanted to see the fight and decided to fight through it.

how come manny couldn't get any injection using a legal substance for his shoulder but floyd gets to do his iv therapy??????????

how come floyd gets a retro tue for something he should have been prohibited to do for simple rehydration???? how is it someone who weighs 150.5 3 WEEKS BEFORE A FIGHT CAN USE IV THERAPY?!?!!?! for what??? obviously he isn't struggling with weight at all and therefore isn't badly draining himself. so it's for masking!

According to records provided by the Nevada Athletic Commisison, each man gave 11 urine and eight blood samples. Among the special analysis given to the samples were Carbon Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry (CIR/IRMS) testing as well as tests to detect usage of EPO and human growth hormone.

            Mayweather gave urine on March 13, 18, 19 and 28, April 2, 10, 15, 21 and 27 and May 1 and 2. He gave blood samples on March 13, 18 and 28, April 2, 10, 15 and 21 and May 2.

            Paquiao gave urine on March 14, 17, 23 and 24, April 1, 9, 16, 22 and 27 and May 1 and 2. Pacquiao gave blood samples on March 14, 17 and 24, April 1, 9, 16 and 22 and May 2.

Mayweather also applied for, and was given, a the****utic use exemption (TUE) for rehydration purposes after the May 1 weigh-in. He took two separate mixes. The first was a mixture of 250 ml of saline and multi-vitamins. The second was a 500 ml mixuture of saline and Vitamin C. He was urine tested both before and after taking the solutions.

Nevada rules permit the mixes that Mayweather took, but because USADA was overseeing the testing he applied for and was granted the TUE for them.

            All tests came back negative.

Of course they came back negative that's why he was granted a TUE had he not been granted the TUE he would have came back positive !

USADA's excuse for not doing CIR is pathetic.
