there might be where USADA took 2 or 3 samoles in just one given date so Pac and Floyd test was not actually just 19 times it could be more and the tricky part was who gets more tested in one day was it pac or Floyd?

Again you are speculating. Someone could argue the same nonsense about Pacquiao or the huge number of professional boxers that don't even volunteer and pay for random drug testing. Without concrete evidence, you are only stating an opinion. An opinion which means nothing and changes nothing.

Even PED experts like Victor Conte don't even take your stance. And instead believe Mayweather is doing something else entirely if he is indeed using PEDs.
