I find it odd that they would exclude the amount of drug tests administered for each respective date. This information would be far more revealing, it would eliminate any doubt of inconsistency that might have taken place during the entire process. For all I know, one guy could have been tested twice as many times as the other. There's no reason for them to withhold those numbers from the public, unless they have something to hide.

It's obvious NSAC can't get their story straight either.

No anti-doping agency in the world reveals such information. Some agencies like VADA never release detailed results publicly. They'll only say that the athlete passed their program successfully, or the athlete failed. USADA was being generous by releasing the info publicly.

There's good reason why they dates and whatnot are concealed. I don't blame VADA or others for not revealing results publicly.

The NSAC has also went on the record to state that USADA has failed to properly communicate with them on 3 different occasions where fighters tested dirty.
What would Hauser be sued for? By who? People on forums aren't even saying what Hauser is saying. People on forums are making GIANT LEAPS in logic from what Hauser said. Hauser just copied his story from a Kevin Iole article on May 22 (although leaving out key facts like Mayweather was drug tested previous to & after his TUE IV took place) it seems like to me & then implied the USADA is sketchy from that information. People on forums are making Mayweather Lance Armstrong with help from the USADA from a article where Hauser bad mouths the USADA based on facts from a Kevin Iole article lol (and the Erik Morales **** although thats not really the item thats caught fire with some fans).

it was always a non story but you do have to ask why he used so much lol but he took no illegal drugs its nothing more than a pac fanatic, floy hater overreaction and a last attempt to feel better about pac man losing... why would anyone waste anytime suing??? this will be held over floyds head by his haters but forgotten by the boxing fans... just like pac refusing to test will always be held over his head... either way it goes none ever test positive for any peds or roids so all we can do is move forward with our lifes and enjoy what they did for boxing

What exactly would those reasons be? As far as I'm concerned, if they were willing to release the dates, then it would only make sense for them to release the number of tests as well.

USADA has been caught lying in the past. Put a USADA representative in front of a jury and not a single juror would believe him after they learn about the Morales incident. Testimony is only worth as much as the credibility of the who makes the statement. USADA lost any and all credibility when they lied about Morales failed drug tests.

The dates of the filings are evidence. You need to learn your rules of law.
