USADA has historically been recognized as the worlds leading anti-doping authority. However, my experiences to date with them have been less than acceptable and less than professional, said Bob Bennett, the executive director of the Nevada commission.

He cannot have it done at his house and [USADA] cant authorize it.... I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic-use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada, Bennett said. USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered.

If they think they can do what they want, where and whenever they want in the state of Nevada, they are grossly mistaken.

Bennett and Aguilar said despite USADA's involvement in 45 boxing cards and their supervision of the Ultimate Fighting Championships anti-doping system, the agency has botched communication on three occasions.

"After three incidents here, its hard to call this an anomaly" Bennett said. They need to understand they need to honor the rules of Nevada, or their work will not be recognized in Nevada.

    Straight from the NSAC's mouth.

Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s use of an IV treatment to deal with dehydration before his fight against Manny Pacquiao should not have been by permitted by the U.S.

But that's your own speculation. USADA says otherwise. Keep in mind, it was also USADA that passed along the IV information to the press originally. Information reported since May.

But they clearly haven't dropped the ball in this case. Hauser made some very out there accusations without anything to back it up. It's not the first time either.

well the whole thing is a mess one thing as boxing fan we should be concerned about is Why was mayweather allowed to fight fight night with an unapproved (NSAC) IV tranfusion of 10x the maximum allowed limit even if it was approved.

So mayweather fought with 10x the maximum allowed limit with unapproval at the time. That is a illegal and bannable offense.

This here is interesting, in this video from 2013 has Floyd unknowingly talking about using some kind of blood doping which resulted in dark eyes so he has to wear sunglasses, its the same method Armstong during his heydays.

And there has been no evidence to suggest they didn't so.......

150lbs a month before the fight. 750ml of saline and vitamins for a guy that weighed 146 lbs? He was dehydrated! Really! Come on guys don't be blind. This is like easy 1st grade math. 150lbs + 1month + 750ml IV injection + guy only cut little over 3 lbs that month = covering up something else in your system.
Some of you guys love Mayweather in ways no man should ever love another.

Also, could you kindly point out the specific NSAC rule broken?
