why did they say differently the other day?
Bennett said unless the IV was administered at a hospital, it needs to be cleared by filing a the****utic-use exemption, or TUE, and supporting documents through the Nevada commission and authorized by the commissions medical expert.

He cannot have it done at his house and [USADA] cant authorize it.... I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic-use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada , Bennett said. USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered.

If they think they can do what they want, where and whenever they want in the state of Nevada, they are grossly mistaken.

You guys even think before hitting the submit button?

First of all, Floyd and Manny were negotiating.
Secondly, one of the reasons that Manny wasn't happy about it was that he had concerns that giving blood close to the fight would drain him due to his experience before the Morales fight.

            Fast forward to 2015:
Ellerbe and Floyd say that they need 750ml IV because giving blood and urine contributed to Floyd's dehydration. That excuse was added because everyone knows that Floyd can make 147 easily and the last week you bring it down several notches as far as training is concerned. Plus Floyd is an experienced gym rat.

Think about the above for a second because for the rest of us,
this is an open and shut case.

Why would Floyd be drained and require a 750ml IV due to giving blood and urine when Floyd had not given any blood for about 10 days!!!!!

            "Mayweather gave urine on March 13, 18, 19 and 28, April 2, 10, 15, 21 and 27 and May 1 and 2. He gave blood samples on March 13, 18 and 28, April 2, 10, 15 and 21 and May 2."

            .

Floyd fans can't respond. No surprise there.

Try to respond to my other post above.

So what's wrong exactly with requesting legal painkillers? NSAC places Toradol on a list of discouraged but not banned drugs. You know what else is on that list? Aspirin and Advil. It just isn't that big a deal.

I don't doubt that possibility. That doesn't prove that he took any illicit painkillers though, all of the ones he had listed on his May/Pac paperwork were acceptable by WADA & NSAC standards. Yes, even the Celestone cream he took that you keep posting about.
