They are trying to manipulate everything. Its all corrupt just because Floyd the Nevada hometown guy is their cash cow as well. Smelling fishy as hell!!!

IV infusions are included on the Prohibited List given the intent of some athletes to manipulate their plasma volume levels in order to mask the use of a prohibited substance and/or to distort the values in the Athlete Biological Passport.

The current wording in the Prohibited List states that “Intravenous infusions and/or injections of more than 50 mL per 6 hour period are prohibited except for those legitimately received in the course of hospital admissions or clinical investigations” (1).

The prohibited list is split into 2 sections, Prohibited Drugs and Prohibited Methods. NSAC only follows the Drugs not the Methods. The saline use comes under Methods.

Yeah Floyd is free from anything from this. Only thing lost maybe respect but doubt he cares. People shouldn't waste too much time with this. Eye opener indeed thou. Only thing pac can do is not fight in Nevada and have them lose out. And that probably won't mean much unless their economy is expecting to trend higher than the years before. With the Chinese spenders not spending much in Vegas and economy a bit stagnet a pac fight can add a lil something. Time for many to let Floyd retire in peace an just support fights and fighters that excite you.

How did we find out the truth? The media made him a monster until he confessed. Welcome to retirement Floyd, welcome to hell.

USADA went after him after he failed two tests previously, they got the statements from his team and built a case against him.

The agency you are saying is corrupt caught him.

Sure we want to now follow the minimum standards since it pertains to Floyd. Before that was not enough to have the commissions rules. Now Floyd fans wanted it just so they can get their hero Floyd off the hook.

If Manny had failed USADA testing that was not required by the commissions rules, would you be saying what you are saying? The commissions do not require extra testing so all is good?

                    Did you read?
Commissions first said it does include but now are backtracking.
IVs follow under the Prohibited List umbrella as well since it can mask PEDs. Secondly, were we not content with commissions rule and wanted to be extra sure that no PEDs were getting thru? That is why USADA was also involved.

In events governed by weight categories, athletes may be encouraged to undertake significant, accelerated weight loss to qualify for a competition and then use IV infusion to rapidly rehydrate. This practice invokes issues of athlete health and safety.

Mayweather didn't break any rules. He got a TUE from USADA. Both NSAC and USADA have said Mayweather did nothing wrong. The person that broke the rules and committed perjury is Pacquiao.
