Yes, saline and multivitamins is not going to mask a urine sample. That is an absolute joke. And that is also why urine samples are always taken.
I won't sit here and do all your homework for you. But again, every single anti-doping agency around the world takes both blood and urine. And there are very, very, very good reasons for this.
what was NSAC's program back in 2009 to test doping?Comment

Did we get any evidence? Apart from the injury not being as severe as it was made out to be, proven by the fact he was playing basketball only 4 months after surgery.Comment

Again, urine alone does not suffice. Blood alone does not suffice either. That's why every anti-doping agency, VADA, USADA, UKAD, etc, all take both blood and urine samples. It is mandatory.
But you seemingly think you know better than all the anti-doping agencies around the world.
hence the point where i said what's the use of blood test if it could be masked by IV while urine can not. therefore urine would suffice.
how is that complicated?Comment

No, in general, NSAC did not do blood testing for illegal substances. And when they did take blood, it was more for medical routine to see if an athlete was healthy.Comment
