It really has little relevance because he had to take both urine and blood samples. All the silly evidence you guys have shown about masking relates to blood samples. But never urine samples. You can't just mask urine samples by hydration. And that's where your theories fall to pieces.

And it's also why guys like Victor Conte aren't foolish enough to say he thinks Mayweather is masking. When it comes to PEDs, Conte thinks if Mayweather is using, he's doing something else entirely.
