Most USADA employees are not even nurses. Only a physician can diagnose severe dehydration for IV treatment. Show proof that the one who administered Floyd's IV treatment is medically competent.


Where is Floyd's attending physician who diagnosed him with sever dehydration? Up to now not even a cameo appearance to vindicate froid from the IV scandal. Tsk tsk tsk..

spoon/rath fail to realize the reason retroactive TUEs exist is so that the doping control officer doesn't have to make any diagnosis. the DCO is there to observe and report. it's up to the athlete's team to turn over any medical information when submitting their exemption request so USADA can look through the medical reports, statements from doctors or nurses, etc and make a determination.

this is what is so brilliant about spoon/rath. he constantly contradicts himself in every post and offers flawed (and wrong) amateur interpretations of rules and laws he doesn't understand. he even admits his english is terrible and still insists his understanding of the rules surpasses NSAC's understanding of their own rules or USADA's understanding of their own rules.

floyd & manny didn't voluntarily agree to convince spoon/rath that any IV use was for a medical purpose. they voluntarily agreed to hire USADA to determine if any IV use was for a medical purpose.

USADA determined it was. case closed.

had floyd & manny not voluntarily hired USADA, none of this would have mattered at all as IV use was 100% legal in nevada for rehydration.

NSAC & USADA have both confirmed floyd did nothing wrong.

6 hours after USADA arrive Floyd was administered IV.

1:45 + 6 = 7:45 PM test done and over with in 8:15PM

that would be a span of 30 minutes divided by three, things to be done 1. finish IV 2. floyd to piss and for that 3. piss to be collected.

a typical 250 ml of IV flow rate in an emergency setting takes 2-4 hours to finish.

Floyd finished all 750 mll of IV solution approximately in just 15 minutes?

that would have a flow rate of 250 ml per 5 minutes or 50 ml per minute.

at that rate it was no longer done for rehydration don't you think?
