I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic-use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada, USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered." Of course, a nice little undisclosed payment should be enough to change his opinion.

Did you read the article you linked?

"Bennett said he has no concerns Mayweather was working to mask drug use, saying the boxer “has always been an advocate of drug testing and has set a fine example for all fighters.”

It's a masking agent, but of course he conveniently veere away from what is wrong about it all. Plus the almost 3 weeks after notice or being informed late isn't even an issue. Plus adminstering Ivs 750ml in the comforts of floyd's home wasnt explained.

i guess, It's fine for them, they got paid big bucks they won't complain about that even if they also didn't even allow taradol as a pain reliever for Pac even of it's not also a banned substance. How convenient too aye.

It smells bad. Push the right buttons Nsac will crack. They need more than that statement to explain what has transpired. Smells like rotten fish.

          Ain't over yet for sure.

In the eyes of public opinion. Floyd is guilty beyond reasonable doubt. That's what matters.

Like OJ Simpson who wasn't found guilty. It doesn't mean he didn't murder his wife. The amount of evidence that is glaringly obvious points out he really did. OJ was able to slither his way out of the system from not being convicted, but what he can't get way out of is what people have branded him a murderer. And that my friend is even worse than any defeat in an athlete's career.

A stigma of a cheat will be on top of Floyd's head till the days he walks the earth. It's over. He will always be branded as a certified fraud. All you need is a critical mind to know what's up.

His whole career is blemished. Goodbye Floyd.

Keep trying to convince yourself of that. Fact is Pacquiao will be looked back on as the more su****ious one, he flat out refused testing after all, nothing says cheat more than that.

Hopefully there will be a rematch for Floyd's 50th fight and that Pacquiao can get back on his steroids and use Floyd's masking agent technique to hide the PEDs and we'll get to see that vintage Pacquiao in the ring who destroyed Cotto

Floyd won't get touched by this, but I could a Pac lawsuit shutting USADA down or atleast turning over all the folks running it.
