The IV administration of legal substances of up to 50 milliliters per 6-hour period is permitted under WADA and USADA regulations. The administration of more than 50 milliliters per 6-hour period is prohibited because an IV infusion can dilute or mask the presence of another substance that is already in the recipient’s system or might be added to it in the near future.
Mayweather acknowledges having received an IV infusion of 750 milliliters (25.361 ounces), an amount equal to roughly 16 percent of the blood normally present in an average adult male.
Anything beyond 200ml/day requires a TUE under WADA code. TUE was granted. The end. Sorry you're still so salty Pacquiao lost. You'll have even more to be salty about if/when TR makes sure he can't win a decision 4/9.
If it was a system flush, Floyd wouldn't have provided a sample BEFORE the IV . . . common sense . . .
25 ounces is the size of a medium soda. Hardly an unusual amount of fluid.
750ml was legal in Nevada and 750ml was legal under WADA code with TUE, which was granted.
If you believe NSAC & USADA are completely corrupt and part of a gigantic conspiracy to help Mayweather, best of luck to you. Someone with such an irrational and deranged mindset is not going to have their mind changed by facts, logic or reason.
But what's important is to make sure that the community understands Rath/Spoon have repeatedly lied in giving their account of events. Anybody can read through USADA's report and Hauser's correction and see that their premise Rath/Spoon's premise is false.
