    we don't know the exact time the IV was administered, but that is irrelevant. we know USADA was with him and they knew in advance.

    so they didn't "show up" and "catch him" like you suggested. you were 100% wrong.

    we don't know the exact time floyd began to show symptoms that would necesitate an IV, but that is irrelevant. we know that USADA was with him.

    if the DCO was with floyd before, during and after the IV, it is safe to assume the DCO was told verbally and not by email or twitter. use some common sense.

    no matter how you slice it, when you claimed they showed up at his house and "caught" him using an IV, you were 100% wrong.

      ah yes, when people asked for evidence of the notification how easy it is to say we were notified "verbally"

      why is time not relevant from weigh in till the time he was dehydrated?

      USADA were at Floyds house @1:45 PM. why were they there?

      to chat with floyd

      becuase they were notified floyd was going to use IV later

      or to collect samples for drug testing?

      what time was the weigh in?

          you posted the link to the pdf.

          it did not work 10-15 minutes after i made the thread about USADA not being random.

          do you consider that willful ignorance?

          now, i posted a link that says weigh in was @2:00PM Vegas Time.

          USADA DCO notified floyd that there are in his house @1:45PM

          why were they there?

          IF USADA were with floyd the entire day as you said which starts @1:45PM then Floyd was still in his house that time,

          what time did USADA and Floyd arrived at the MGM for the weigh in?

          do you get it now why time is relevant?

          • they were at his house to collect a sample that day and stayed with him until he provided a sample.

            the controversy is in your mind.

              so USADA DCO were not able to collect the sample on Floyd's house @1:45PM which means he was already dehydrated, but the weigh in was still 15 minutes later at MGM how is that possible?

              Floyd declared he was dehydrated after the weigh in not before that.

                  Following notification, the athlete will remain under continuous watch (direct observation) of the DCO or chaperone. If the athlete has been notified for in-competition testing, they must immediately report to the doping control station. Under certain circumstances, an athlete may request a delay in reporting for valid reasons; however, this request may not be permitted if it is not possible for the athlete to be continuously chaperoned. Such circumstances may include:

                  Competing in further events;
                  Participation in a victory ceremony;
                  Fulfillment of media commitments;
                  Performing a warm down;
                  Obtaining necessary medical treatments;
                  Locating a representative and/or interpreter;
                  Obtaining photo identification; or
                  Completing a training session.

                      either USADA was not aware that Floyd will be a weighed in in the next fifteen minutes or they were jjust smart to come at floyd's house @1:45PM when the weigh in will be @2:00PM.

                      what is Floyd doing in his house @145PM when he knows the weigh in is just 15 minutes away?

                      is it just 5 - 10 minutes from where Floyd lives to MGM?

                      what time did Floyd leave the MGM and headed home?

                      what time was the iv administered?

                      From notification to permission of IV use were they all verbally agreed, no documents/papers any thing concrete to support what really transpired there?
