The ex post facto ( after the fact ) TUE is something I never heard of. Never. Because of this, I say he cheated. I haven't searched the TUE rules. Send me a link. But, just because I never heard of something, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

But the NSAC dropped it. I think it should have been looked into. But apparently they did and decided to pass on it. Did NSAC publish the reasons why they didn't look into it?? Send me a link. Make your case.
