How many ways do I have to say I don't see a conspiracy before you believe me? Floyd is not being investigated, which means the officials in charge of oversight say he didn't do any wrong. It was found that a Lance Armstrong representative donated to the UCI at least 2 huge donations (~$125,000). Lance representative called to do the same with USADA.

Here is USADA's comment on that: "that represents a conflict of interest"
