Then a Federal Prosecutor in LA, went after him. Floyd wasn't sponsored by the Post Office. Establishing subject matter jurisdiction federally may be possible, but I don't see any United States Attourneys form any part of the United States bringing any action against him. Why don't you guys get this point.

Jurisdiction. Who has the authority to hear this issue??? Then the next question is, why do they have the jurisdiction?? The plaintiff must establish to a court, that the court they are asking to rule on a matter, has the jurisdiction to rule on it.

Lance has nothing to do with Floyd. Maybe if Floyd was the poster child for the USPS, then you could argue that Floyd received preferential treatment, and made a case compelling enough that some action was taken. But you won't read this to the end. Then will keep bringing up Lance Armstrong/bonds.

Floyd lives in Nevada, USA. To say that he does not get preferential treatment is a mistake.
1) Manny's team checked the wrong box. That was enough for the NSAC to begin an investigation. Floyd did not fill out the form correctly in 3 separate locations. Yet NSAC doesn't start an investigation. Why?

2) Who is paying USADA big money? Again, intentionally or not, USADA, according to NSAC failed miserably.

3) Lance took money and was a cheat and Floyd is what? Like you later said, he is no poster child. He did wrong and has taken advantage of his A side status for a while now.

4) We do not know the full story. So I can't say its exactly nor am I saying that it is the same as Lance.

What I am saying and is similar:
- Floyd fans are saying Floyd is not a cheat and that we are all haters and so on and so did Lance and his fans.
- Floyd fans are saying that Floyd did not test positive. Neither did Lance and he was tested more often.
- Floyd was able to manipulate the testing protocols. Difference is that Lance had to hide what Floyd was allowed to do in the open!!!! Example, IVs, contracts to hide positive tests and TUEs. On this matter, what Floyd was allowed to do with USADA's help is much worse!!!
- Lance tried to delay testing, hide and use an IV to mask. Floyd delayed at least TWICE and used an IV at least once.
- USADA and NSAC can investigate and as I already pointed out, there are legit reasons to do so. Why are they (NSAC) so quick to say "Floyd is a fine example...." What???? Is that what you thought when you saw missing items on the pre-fight form? When your doctor didn't see any severe dehydration?


It took time to catch people like Lance and Bonds. There had to be a willingness or at least pressure to do so. I'm sure that the baseball commissioner did not want to investigate Bonds or other big names as it would be a mark on baseball but he eventually had to.

But you are missing my core issue. Jurisdiction. Who can bring this action in court to get justice here.
