Did he disclose to commission doctors at that time that he was so badly dehydrated that he needed an IV infusion? No, he did not. Nor, according to NSAC records, did the examining physician find evidence of dehydration.

If a fighter is dehydrated, his blood pressure is likely to be low and his pulse rate high. That wasn’t the case with Mayweather as evidenced by the Nevada State Athletic Commission medical data sheet.".
Thanks. Now I get the pulse blood pressure relationship.

NSAC doctor nor Floyd himself stated that he was badly dehydrated during his examination. Also Floyd's pre-fight form gave not even a hint that Floyd was extremely dehydrated.

Also, I do not remember one boxing fan (including Floyd fans) that said that Floyd looked bad at the weigh in. Quite the opposite. Plus Floyd was able to drink orally his fuilds as we saw from the videos of the weigh in.

Remember that for Manny Pacquiao, the NSAC was going to investigate a mistake made in checking that checkbox even though the drugs to be used was stated on the form. Floyd had NOTHING in that form. Yet the NSAC said that they will NOT investigate the home town guy named Floyd????????

      Its a joke.

      .
You're right, it is a joke, when a gaggle of malcontents get together and decide to build a paper castle just before it's about to rain. Where are the other sources from Floyd's camp that nail this down incontrovertibly? Where is the universal outrage outside of people that don't wish this guy well no matter what? Where is the objective criticism that is separate and distinct from the butt hurt?

Whether Arum knew it or not he created a "golden calf" in Pacquiao, an effigy of insubstantial form but all-powerful in meaning, and his fans bought it. All Arum did was create a figure people wanted to see so in many way he reminds me of Aaron from the Old Testament, Exodus 32: 1 - 4:

"When the people saw that Moses was so long in coming down from the mountain, they gathered around Aaron and said, “Come, make us gods[a] who will go before us. As for this fellow Moses who brought us up out of Egypt, we don’t know what has happened to him.”

2 Aaron answered them, “Take off the gold earrings that your wives, your sons and your daughters are wearing, and bring them to me.” 3 So all the people took off their earrings and brought them to Aaron. 4 He took what they handed him and made it into an idol cast in the shape of a calf, fashioning it with a tool. Then they said, “These are your gods,[b] Israel, who brought you up out of Egypt.”

THIS is fanboyism. Defend their hero at all costs.

I'm not biased. I often asked myself...what if Manny really cheated, what if he really lied. I wouldn't support him. There's not a shred of proof he did, was never found guilty of anything.
I got nothing to worry about, I know who the real liar is.

Manny just lied on his medical form so he could fight.

Not sure what you mean by "it's only a story". It wouldn't made big news on different websites if it was "only a story" on this one, so that makes no sense.

But God then Struk down the idol, & the idol worshipers. Separating his chosen ones, and sparing them.

NSAC the high priests of the Temple of boxing in Nevada are doing nothing... The IV issue is not an issue for them. Hauser and his articles, no matter how well researched & methodically laid out will mean nothing.
Who has the authority to rule on this "IV Issue"? NSAC.
PAC should sue Floyd and get the Justice he deserves. He has the money. It would be a civil matter and mainly be briefs & depositions. PAC should sue the NSAC. On what grounds? On the grounds that Floyd beat him easily, he couldn't get his shot, & the sock manufactures made his too tight.

Manny had more than a few excuses for what happened on May 2nd, but he doesn't share the same mindless adherence to the Gospel as his followers do. He knew he lost after the Kellerman interview, but more importantly he knew after round one, "There's no way I can beat Floyd Mayweather."

if all parties don't seem to doubt it why the need for TUE?
As I've said before if it was just to comply with nsac there would have been no need for the tue, because nsac have no rules against iv use. Mayweather wanted to comply with wada international standards so he requested and was granted a tue, and so far there's no evidence that it was issued fraudulently, just a whole lot of talk that amounts to nothing.

But of course you can't understand that, not without a video anyway.

very well written but lacking in content...

                  why?

because it lacks understanding of the situation this case is in...

this case is not only about floyd and that alone should indicate to you that there are people who wish this case get sweep under the rug at all cost..

boxing is way low in the eyes of the general public...and scandal like this one does not put boxing in a better light...it put boxing more deeply in the mud..

why would WADA require TUE if there was nothing wrong about IV infusion in the first place?

why did he waited 19 days to apply for TUE? USADA was right there when Floyd was being administered with IV they could have done that right there and then.

Does WADA require any fighter wanting to apply for TUE must wait 19 days after the administration of the IV before they could apply for TUE?

not without a video you say

You think a bunch of very upset, very ardent supporters of Pacquiao spamming slow motion videos means this is still alive? US sports media already digested this story and moved on.
