Funny thing is the only reason anyone even knows about the iv is because he wanted to comply with the wada standard and request a tue. He could have easily not done this and he would have still been ok with the nsac which has no restrictions on iv use, but yeah whistleblowers and leaks.

Also still waiting on the demands for the wada to review the tue granted to ensure it complies with the wada istue, seems like it would be the easiest way for the so-called truth seekers to get to the bottom of this, but I doubt they have even bothered to read it.

If he wanted to comply he would have immediately requested a TUE not waited 3 weeks. There is some reason that the TUE was requested so late. It wasn't proactive it was reactive.
