The T/E ratio alone yes. There are a few medical conditions that can cause a low T/E ratio. But those conditions also cause low testosterone. Froids tests showed high end of normal free testosterone. I can think of no natural condition that can cause both high end of normal testosterone and even higher epitestosterone, nor have I been able to find one.
