The T/E ratio alone yes. There are a few medical conditions that can cause a low T/E ratio. But those conditions also cause low testosterone. Froids tests showed high end of normal free testosterone. I can think of no natural condition that can cause both high end of normal testosterone and even higher epitestosterone, nor have I been able to find one.

In regards to that specific comment, USADA did produce records for them in reply to the subpoena. The motion to quash was filed in June. But the documents were sent 1-2 months later.

Once again, why hasn't any concerned party requested the wada review the tue granted to Mayweather by the usada, something well within their power to make sure it was granted in compliance with their international standards. Yes, they filed a motion to quash. But still sent over relevant documents beginning weeks later and ending in August 2012. And you have no proof that it did not contain test results. Again, I'm sorry!
