The WADA code is not black and white. You do realize that under the same code, even some Prohibitive Substances can also be used depending on the situation. And with Retroactive TUEs, the rules are quite different because those typically fall under emergency circumstances as well.

You are still reaching for air, and still never seem to grab anything. And if you really feel WADA code was violated, please feel free to write them. Because insofar, WADA already knows about the situation and sees nothing wrong with what USADA did.

You just acknowledged WADA providing acceptance for IV administration as I had to educate you on IF guidelines within rules. If there was any doubt in the medical world for masking substances via IV it would be out of the question. You can make it seem like Floyd invented the IV administration under WADA rules but you won't succeed. I already made a video regarding the contradictions of the IV scandal purpose.
