To you, he did. The same guy who thinks "Froid" is clever. And you wanna talk about 2nd grade? ****outtahere, you clown.Comment

Actually he just says that, then repeats what he said in the first article without any new supporting facts or evidence. As Dazed said, weak.Comment

He supports that Froid showed no signs of dehydration before and the day of the fight with solid facts, medical documents etc.
He supports that USADA did not comply with the subpena and did not submit Froids test results with solid facts, filing date of objection to subpena, arguments made by USADA to the court etc.
He supports that USADA did not contact the NYSAC before October 18th as they claimed they did with solid facts, sworn affidavit, records request etc.
What facts do you have?
Look I know you are ******. Hell you know you are ******. Hauser's article is written at a level that is simply way beyond your ability to comprehend.Comment

But it withheld other documents and, on June 22, 2012, filed a motion to quash the subpoena, arguing, "First, the requested documents include medical records and documentation relating to Mr. Mayweather Jr which may constitute confidential medical records requiring his consent and release. Second, the requested documents include documents protected by the attorney-client privilege, work product doctrine and/or the investigative privilege. Third, the subpoena purports to require production in Los Angeles, California, more than 100 miles from USADA's offices and the location of the requested documents."
USADA’s motion to quash was never ruled upon by the court because the case was settled by the payment of an undisclosed sum of money by Mayweather to Pacquiao. It would be interesting to review the documents that USADA did not produce.
I know you missed this the first time you read the article. So I dont hold it against you. You are too ****** to comprehend such complicated issues.Comment

first, what do you expect to happen? or what do you think will happen? or what do you want to happen?
the exchanges between hauser and usada will eventually give us some info on what happened on the iv scandal...maybe slowly and bit by bit...but we are getting something..
i understand the hate some fans have on hauser...
and yet, without him, we would not know that something like the iv issue happened..
bear in mind that hauser is not only referring to floyd...there is usada and there is nsac..
and the combined actions or inaction of the three, make all three suspect of corruption..Comment

Also Hauser is demanding specific information about Mayweather's Protected Health Information which cannot be shared without his consent under the law of the United States as well as protected by the very same Wada regulations, which is why they couldn't go into detail about his "medical condition"Comment

Sure
Wow facts, filing date, what was argued before the court. Its a fact that USADA never complied with the subpena and was still fighting it when the settlement was reached.
