The evidence is stated above. IV and first partial urine sample happened before weigh-in. Then another urine sample afterwards later that evening. USADA was present for the whole duration.

If you checked out the interview, without them even asking, Floyd says at
1:43 min - "I feel good". Then later in the interview drinks water.

So if Floyd felt good, why the IV? Comical.

Mr. Mayweather was notified by the Doping Control Officer (DCO) at his home around 1:45 pm, prior to Mr. Mayweather relocating to MGM Grand Garden Arena for the weigh-in. From the time of notification, Mr. Mayweather was continuously monitored by the USADA DCO until the sample collection was completed at approximately 8:15 pm.

Sorry but USADA is the original source of information. Not DeadSpin. USADA's 25-page PDF says otherwise! My quotes are from USADA.
