I think the real issue here is that people can't cope with Manny's failure. In their eyes, nobody has the right to beat Manny. Nobody can ever beat Manny unless he was cheated in some way.Comment

Fact WADA only allows TUEs to be issued for IVs treating severe dehydration. IV use to treat mild to moderate dehydration is explicitly banned and rules do not permit TUEs for such treatment.
he use of IV infusions in sport is commonly linked with rehydration after exhaustive effort, and this situation is arguably the major cause of debate. It must be understood that the use of IV fluid replacement following exercise to correct mild to moderate dehydration is not clinically indicated nor substantiated by the medical literature. There is a well-established body of scientific evidence to confirm that oral rehydration is the preferred the****utic choice, potentially even more effective than IV infusion.

So Floyd had to be severely dehydrated. Did he not? He had to have been otherwise he would not have qualified for a TUE.

Armstrong's blood doping made him public enemy #1 for months. Your big news broke and went away in a day and nobody except heartbroken Pacquiao fans even still care.Comment
