I just want to know, where did it say Floyd took it 14 times than the allowed rate?

WADA only allowed 50ML of IV fluids but floyd took 750ML... do the math...

Im just going to ask the most obvious question. Why does mayweather need an IV after weighing in? The guy doesn't even drain himself to make 147. That's very weird.
